1. PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Receive assigned projects from the Head of Project Management Department and coordinate with relevant departments to implement and take full responsibility for the project from initiation to invoicing stage.
  • Ensure construction complies with contracts, design drawings, technical specifications, schedule, and cost.
  • Represent the Company/Project Management Department to work with Clients/Investors/Project Management Boards to handle project-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant technical fields (Electrical–Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, Mechatronics, Automation…).
  • Skills: Good communication, management, teamwork skills; professional working style.
  • Experience: At least 03 years of experience as Site Manager for electrical or ELV projects.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
  • English: Basic communication and intermediate technical English.

Preferred:

  • PMP certification, Site Manager certificate, installation supervision certificate.
  • At least 01 year of experience managing Technical/Project Management Department.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive training.
  • Ability to work directly at project sites with clients' representatives, supervision consultants, design consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve project-related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct site surveys.
  • Organize and execute project implementation as assigned by the Project Manager (PM) or Head of the Project Management Department.
  • Manage subcontractors and construction teams at project sites in accordance with the regulations of the Project Management Department and the company.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to carry out inspections, testing, commissioning, and project completion.
  • Participate in project meetings and receive feedback from stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit periodic project reports.

3. PRESALES ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, technical designs, and drawings, and coordinate with other departments throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Support the Sales team by answering technical inquiries and providing customers with consultation on products, construction methods, and technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge, experience, and skills in both design consulting and project implementation management.
  • Good understanding of systems such as Networking, Telecommunications (TEL), CCTV, People Counting, Display Systems, IBS (In-Building Solutions/Distributed Antenna Systems), Data Centers, Power Supply Systems, and related technologies.
  • Proficient in researching the latest technology solutions available on the market, preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), quotations, technical specification comparisons, design and construction drawings, technical design documentation, and delivering solution presentations.
  • Capable of managing projects from the procurement stage through final handover, including project scheduling, progress monitoring, vendor management, and construction supervision.
  • Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and engineering design/calculation software.
  • Willing to travel frequently and capable of working independently.
